PELAKSANAAN PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM TERHADAP ANAK KORBAN TINDAK PIDANA KEJAHATAN SEKSUAL PERKOSAAN PADA TINGKAT PENYIDIKAN DI KEPOLISIAN RESORT SUKOHARJO

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the obstacles encountered by
investigators in order to provide legal protection for child victims of sexual crime
rape mandated by law. This is because there are still many child victims of crime
who do not receive adequate legal protection. The method in this research is
empirical juridical legal research that examines the implementation or
implementation of positive legal provisions factually at the level of investigation.
The results showed that the Police encountered obstacles that could cause the
Sukoharjo Police to not be able to provide maximum legal protection in
accordance with statutory orders.
