PELAKSANAAN PENDAFTARAN PERALIHAN HAK MILIK ATAS TANAH KARENA WARISAN BERDASARKAN PERATURAN PEMERINTAH NOMOR 24 TAHUN 1997 TENTANG PENDAFTARAN TANAH

(Studi Kasus Di Kantor Pertanahan Kota Salatiga)

Abstract

This study is to analyze the implementation and obstacles in the
implementation of the registration of the transfer of ownership of land due to
inheritance based on Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 concerning
land registration in the Salatiga City Land Office. The research method used is
a sociological juridical approach. The location of this research is the Salatiga
City Land Office. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation,
and study of documents. Data analysis techniques using an interactive analysis
model.
The results of the author's study found that there are still many Salatiga
residents in registering the transfer of ownership rights to their land not in
accordance with applicable regulations, the heirs do not immediately register
the transfer of ownership rights to the land within 6 months after their parents
have died. The absence of strict sanctions for delays in registering the transfer
of ownership rights over land because the inheritance of some people becomes
indifferent, the stupid time to register the transfer of ownership rights to their
land.
