PENYIDIKAN TINDAK PIDANA KORUPSI KASUS PEMBANGUNAN TAMAN WISATA EDUKASI DIRGANTARA KARANGANYAR

Abstract
This study aims to describe the role of the Karanganyar Police Criminal
Investigation Unit in the process of investigating Corruption Crimes in the
jurisdiction of the Karanganyar Police and the factors that become obstacles in
the process of investigating the Corruption Crime.
In this study the authors use the type of normative research (normative law
research) using normative case studies in the form of legal behavior products, for
example studying the law. The subject of the study is the law which is
conceptualized as a norm or rule that applies in society and serves as a reference
for everyone's behavior. So that normative legal research focuses on an inventory
of positive law, principles and doctrines of law, legal discovery in concreto
cases, systematic law, synchronization levels, legal comparisons and legal
history.
The process of investigating corruption in the investigation stage as
regulated in Article 15 Perkap 14 of 2012 includes: Investigation, SPDP
Delivery, Forced Taxes, Examination, Case Title, Settlement of Case Files,
Submission of Case Files to Public Prosecutors, Submission of Suspects and
Evidence, Termination of Investigations . The next process carried out by the
investigator made a forced effort, as regulated in Article 26 of Perkap 14 of 2012
explained that the forced effort as referred to in Article 15 letter c includes:
Summon, arrest, detention, search, confiscation and investigation.
In the process of investigating criminal acts of corruption there are factors
that influence, namely the factor of the rule of law. Law Enforcement Factors,
Facilities and Infrastructure Factors, Community Factors and Cultural Factors, of
these factors greatly affect the investigation process, then the advice given to
conduct valuations and assessments of investigators / auxiliary investigators, in
order to know how much ability personnel and investigation tactics training.
