PENEGAKAN HUKUM KECELAKAAN LALU LINTAS YANG BERAKIBAT FATAL

(Studi Kasus Polres Semarang)

Abstract

Traffic violations in Indonesia is very high can be seen from the many
incidents of traffic accidents in the field that even dominant more severe injuries
and death victims of minor injuries. While the law enforcement against traffic
violations has not been able to run properly. The purpose of this research is to
know the enforcement of traffic accidents that have fatal consequences, especially
in the jurisdiction of the police of Semarang, and to know the factors of the
barriers faced by the police in the Act Criminal traffic accident is fatal in
Semarang police jurisdiction. This research is a normative legal study using the
sociological normative approach method.
The results of this study showed that the settlement of traffic offenses in
Semarang police area is still a lot of traffic accidents with the dominant victims
died it shows fatal consequences that can make life drift and belongs to the
category of heavy traffic accidents. Some factors, namely: regulatory factors of
abuse, law enforcement factor, facilities or means factor, community factors and
cultural factors.
