Abstract

This community service activity was conducted in Kunden Village, Karanganom, Klaten. Kunden is a village located in the northern part of Klaten Regency and has various potentials. Numerous local micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) can be utilized and developed, including salted eggs, bridal attire sequins, and rambak kulit (crackers made from animal skin). However, these potentials have not been optimally utilized due to the lack of strong branding and digital marketing related to these resources. One effort to address this issue is the creation of a regional profile video. A profile video is an informational medium in the form of moving visuals that provide a brief and clear overview of an institution. This article discusses the role of profile videos as a strategic tool in digitizing the local wisdom of Kunden Village and enhancing the village's competitiveness and empowerment. It focuses on the use of profile videos as a medium to showcase local culture, traditions, and potential. The research methods used include observation, interviews, literature review, concept analysis and design, filming, editing, and implementation. The expected outcomes of this service are for us to gain knowledge and experience in the process of creating a good profile video, while for the village itself, it can serve as documentation material, village promotion, and village branding.
