The research method used in this study is qualitative descriptive, data is collected through in-depth interviews with 3 management of the new Mitra10 Solo Supermarket and 3 loyal customers, as well as direct observation in the company. The theory used to show customer loyalty of Supermaket Mitra10 Solo Baru is a theory of promotion mix stages in the form of advertising, sales promotion, public relations, and personal selling proposed by Kotler (2016). The results of this study show that a planned and directed marketing communication strategy can maintain customer loyalty at Mitra10 Solo Baru Supermarket. Online gambling has become a global phenomenon affecting various<br />aspects of life, including social relationships among students. The study employs a survey<br />method to collect data from students involved in online gambling, along with in-depth<br />interviews to understand the social impacts they experience. The findings indicate that online<br />gambling can lead to a decline in the quality of interpersonal relationships, social isolation,<br />and emotional stress. Factors such as lack of social support and environmental influences<br />exacerbate these effects. Based on these findings, it is recommended that educational<br />institutions enhance awareness through seminars and educational programs, provide<br />counseling services, tighten regulation of online gambling access, and promote positive<br />activities as alternative forms of entertainment. The purpose of this research is to determine<br />Abdi Dalem's efforts in preserving Javanese cultural values in interpersonal<br />communication at the Keraton Kasunanan Surakarta Hadiningrat. This study used<br />qualitative research methods. This type of research is descriptive qualitative.<br />Determining the informants in this research used purposive sampling and the informants<br />in this research were Abdi Dalem Keraton Kasunanan Surakarta Hadiningrat, cultural<br />figures and the community. The location of this research is at the Keraton Kasunanan<br />Surakarta Hadiningrat. Data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation.<br />Data validity uses triangulation techniques. Using Miles and Huberman's (2014)<br />interactive data analysis model. The results of the research show that Abdi Dalem<br />Keraton Kasunanan Surakarta Hadiningrat is a cultural preserver who has a positive<br />influence on society. This influence can be accepted by society as an example in<br />understanding culture. The role of Abdi Dalem is nguri-uri or preserving Javanese<br />cultural values with sincerity regarding the culture of the Keraton Kasunanan Surakarta<br />Hadiningrat. With great potential as a center for technology-based economic growth, the success of Solo Technopark is highly dependent on the perception of brand image in the eyes of the public, investors, and technology talents. In an effort to increase public understanding of Solo Technopark, on August 1, 2023, a Public Relations (PR) division was formed in response to the increasing interest and need for information about this area. Previously, communication and visits to Solo Technopark were held by each division, but with the formation of the Public Relations division, information management became more systematic. The public has a positive view of the quality of Solo Technopark graduates, who are considered to have advantages in the job market. This is reinforced by testimonials from alumni who have been successfully channeled into the industry, creating a good reputation among the community. The revitalization of Solo Technopark is an important strategic step to increase the competitiveness of the area by improving physical infrastructure and strengthening the identity and image of the area as a center for innovation and technology development. Therefore, a strategy to form the right brand image is needed to introduce Solo Technopark to the wider community. This research aims to find out how the strategy for the formation of Solo Technopark after the revitalization stage to form a new image. This type of research is a qualitative research with reference to the theory of factors that form brand image according to Coaker in 2021. The results of the study show that the strategy of forming the brand image of Solo Technopark is quite good and structured which can be seen from the aspects of quality, facilities, and services after the revitalization. The latest Indonesian<br />pencak silat has made many achievements both at the national and regional and<br />ASEAN levels. This achievement sparked the motivation of athletes to continue to compete and develop. As what is done by the coach of PSHT Rayon Mojosongo in order<br />to increase the motivation to compete for his foster children, the coach continues to work<br />hard, practice and also strengthen his chemistry and interpersonal communication. The<br />purpose of this study is to analyse and describe the application of interpersonal<br />communication of coaches to PSHT athletes in order to increase motivation to<br />participate in regional level competitions. This type of research uses a case study<br />approach method of leadership leadership of pencak silat hati teratai Rayon Mojosongo.<br />The data collection method was conducted through interviews with informants. The<br />informants selected consisted of coaches, athletes who had participated in regional scale<br />competitions and 1 member of PSHT Rayon Mojosongo.<br />The results showed that the coach in applying interpersonal communication to<br />athletes of PSHT Rayon Mojosongo Surakarta City Branch used standard indicators<br />including openness, empathy, mutual support, positive attitude and the existence of<br />common goals or interests. The application of communication is successful and can<br />increase the motivation of athletes to participate in competitions at the regional level. This study aims to investigate the utilization of the Instagram account @agendasolo as an information medium for the people of Surakarta. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Primary data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data collection utilized online sources. The data validity technique employed was source triangulation. The theory used is Chris Heuer's 4C Social Media Management Theory, which consists of Context, Communication, Collaboration, and Connection. The findings of this study indicate that the Instagram account @agendasolo is beneficial in providing various types of information about the city of Surakarta by utilizing existing features and considering important aspects of social media management, namely Context, Communication, Collaboration, and Connection. Therefore, strategies are needed to achieve specific goals, such as enhancing customer satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the interpersonal communication strategies employed by baristas to create customer satisfaction at Black House Purwodadi. The method used is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach, where data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis is conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, with the subjects of the study being baristas and customers. The results indicate that the interpersonal communication strategies of Black House baristas encompass several aspects: Openness, where baristas build rapport by being friendly and smiling, as well as welcoming feedback from customers; Empathy, which allows baristas to understand customer needs; and Supportive Attitude, which fosters two-way communication by listening and being open to feedback from both regular and new customers. Additionally, a Positive Attitude is demonstrated through the use of friendly language and affirming statements to appreciate customers. The use of celebrities as endorsers is increasingly common in promoting products to increase consumer appeal and trust in the brand. Cafe Hebat Solo, as a culinary business, implements this strategy by using Kaesang Pangarep as an endorser, so it is necessary to analyze its influence on consumer purchasing decisions. Purchasing decisions are a process carried out by consumers to fulfill their needs in order to obtain satisfaction with the highest value. Consumer decision-making to purchase a product begins with an awareness of the fulfillment of needs and desires. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Celebrity Endorsement and Brand Trust on purchasing decisions at Cafe Hebat Solo. The theory used in this study is the Brand Trust theory. Consumer trust in a brand can strengthen purchasing decisions, and Celebrity Endorsement The use of celebrities in marketing aims to increase consumer trust and interest in the product. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research sample consisted of 96 respondents who were customers of Cafe Hebat Solo. Data were collected through a questionnaire with questions that measured the influence of celebrity endorsers and brand trust on purchasing decisions. The analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to test the relationship between independent variables.</em> <em>The results of the study indicate that both celebrity endorsement and brand trust have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The T-test conducted shows that the Celebrity Endorsement variable has a t-value of 20,641 with a significant value of 0.000, which means its influence is significant. The Brand Trust variable has a t-value of 2,878 with a significant value of 0.005, also indicating a significant influence. The approach a leader can take to guide, motivate, and manage a team is through leadership style. Additionally, work motivation is also a driving factor for enhancing employee performance in an organization or company. PT. BPR BKK TASIKMADU (Perseroda) Jumantono branch has experienced changes in target achievements each period, which sparked the researcher's interest in conducting this study. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at PT. BPR BKK TASIKMADU (Perseroda) Jumantono branch, Karanganyar Regency. This study uses a quantitative research method, utilizing leadership style theory by Kartono and Kartini, work motivation theory by Abraham Maslow, and employee performance theory by Robbins. The research was conducted at PT. BPR BKK TASIKMADU (Perseroda) Jumantono branch, Karanganyar Regency, involving the entire population of 16 employees. Data analysis techniques employed multiple linear regression. The results indicate a strong relationship between leadership style and work motivation. Leadership style obtained a t-value of 6.085, work motivation a t-value of 2.727, meaning each variable significantly affects employee performance, and both leadership style and work motivation simultaneously affect employee performance with an F-value of 35.143. The conclusion of this study is that the variable with the strongest influence on employee performance is leadership style. Recommendations from this study are that leaders should guide employees who are struggling and implement risk management without applying excessive pressure, while understanding each employee's capabilities to achieve company goals. Leaders need to improve office security and ensure emergency preparedness so that employees feel safe and productive. This research was conducted in the Communication Science environment, Faculty of Social Sciences, Slamet Riyadi University, Surakarta, which has used or used Emina products. This research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory method. The sampling technique in this research uses simple random sampling and the total sample of Communication Science students used in this research is 100 students. The results of the research in this thesis show that the t-value of brand image has a positive and significant effect of 2.49 with a p-value of 0.014 &lt;0.05 on purchasing decisions. Advertising has a positive and significant effect of 2.255 with a p-value of 0.026 &lt;0.05 on purchasing decisions. Product quality has a positive and significant effect of 4.803 with a p-value of 0.000 &lt;0.05 on purchasing decisions. The aim of this research was to find out how the marketing communication strategy for Tshirttokoh in building brand awareness. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method with data collection techniques of observation, documentation and interviews. In collecting data, researchers conducted interviews with company owners, employees as designers, interviews with Tshirttokoh consumers, and conducted surveys via questionnaires with the aim of measuring the level of brand awareness. Based on the results of the research analysis, the owner of Tshirtokoh carries out a marketing communication strategy in building brand awareness, namely through sales promotion activities, direct marketing, events and experiences, word of mouth marketing. The conclusion of this research is that it is analyzed using the IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) concept. In the marketing communication strategy of Tshirttokoh, a marketing tool was found that was able to build brand awareness at the brand recognition level, namely word of mouth marketing. This can be seen from the lack of promotion carried out on Instagram. This research aims to provide a solution for using the Panic Artwork Instagram account as a promotional medium to increase the number of customers. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that Panic Artwork effectively uses Instagram as a promotional medium through various features such as visual posts, reels and Instagram Ads, although the use of advertising is still limited. In addition, analysis using the AIDA theory (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) shows that Instagram has succeeded in attracting audience attention, generating interest, creating desire, and encouraging purchasing actions through a consistent and interactive content strategy. However, this research also identified several factors that caused a decrease in the number of subscribers, such as a lack of promotional consistency and changes to the Instagram algorithm. This study aims to determine the process of symbolic communication and the meaning of the Sadranan tradition in Pantaran Hamlet, Candisari Village, Gladaksari District, Boyolali Regency. This study uses the symbolic interaction theory according to Herbert Blumer. Herbert Blumer's theory has three main premises, namely: 1) Humans act towards an object according to the meanings attached to them; 2) That meaning is the result of social interaction with others; and 3) Those meanings are considered perfect when the social interaction process is taking place. This study uses a qualitative research methodology to produce descriptive data in the form of both written and oral data obtained directly from the field. This research is supported by data in the form of interviews, observations and documentation. The data concluded also uses field data analysis techniques with the Miles and Huberman model. The results of the study show that there are various communication symbols in the Sadranan tradition including: tarub, pagar betek, Besik, Pilgrimage, Kirab, Kejawen Clothing, Royal Soldier Clothing, Incense and Frankincense, Lurup Cloth Covering the Tomb, Umbrella Tomb, Flower Sprinkles, Gunungan Hasil Bumi, Tahlilan, Kenduri, Berkatan, Topeng Ireng art, and finally Buka lawang or open house. The production process of Joko Songo is interesting because most of those involved, including the director, did not come from a filmmaking background. This research can also serve as evidence that communication style plays a crucial role in the creative process, particularly in filmmaking. The research in this thesis uses descriptive research with a qualitative method. This qualitative descriptive method has natural characteristics, meaning it is developed based on real conditions in the field. The sampling technique in this research uses purposive sampling (judgmental sampling). The low political participation of the Indonesian people is caused by several factors. One of them is the lack of election education and also the high abstention rate. Consumer satisfaction is one of the important factors that must be considered in order to satisfy consumers. This research aims to determine the interpersonal communication carried out by shopeefood drivers with consumers to get good feedback. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods, researchers also use Miles and Huberman data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Researchers also used purposive sampling techniques to determine informants who were experts and whose statements could be trusted to be used as data sources. The informants in this research were Solobaru shopeefood drivers and shopeefood consumers. The results of this research were obtained using interpersonal communication theory with a humanistic approach from Joseph Devito which consists of five aspects, namely, openness, empathy, supportive attitude, positive attitude, and equality. The interpersonal communication between shopeefood drivers and consumers is very good when shopeefood orders are in progress. This study aims to describe and analyze the marketing communication strategy used by Balekambang Park to increase its attractiveness as a cultural tourism destination. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the marketing communication strategy carried out by Taman Balekambang is through advertising on Instagram and conventional media, sales promotion with a variety of ticket prices and new facilities, as well as public relations through cooperation with the government, local communities, and influencers. Publicity is done through media articles, and direct marketing is done through special events such as the Ramayana Dance. Although there are obstacles in the implementation of this strategy, there are budget limitations and challenges in community behavior. After implementing the Training of Service program in 2022, Emercel Coffee Studio experienced a 15% increase in the number of customers, and reviews showed a significant increase in satisfaction with the service, indicating a correlation between the quality of interpersonal communication practiced by the baristas and customer satisfaction.This study aims to describe the interpersonal communication between baristas and customers at Emercel Coffee Studio that contributes to customer satisfaction. This research uses the theory of interpersonal communication effectiveness developed by DeVito. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation.The results of the study show that in the component of equality, there is an age-based imbalance, where baristas find it easier to communicate with younger customers compared to older ones. One strategy that has proven effective is Word of Mouth or word-of-mouth promotion. Sanggar Wayang Purwanto, a traditional business in Central Java that was established in 1976, utilizes this strategy in marketing. Therefore, this study was conducted to describe the application of the Word of Mouth strategy in the Purwando Puppet Studio. The research method used was qualitative with the main respondents Mr. Purwanto, the owner of the studio, and his consumers. This study was conducted to analyze persuasive <br>communication in attracting the interest of Generation Z viewers. The theory applied in this <br>research is Efendy's persuasive communication theory. This research is descriptive in nature <br>with a qualitative method. The results show that Generation Z's interest in Campursari music <br>on the Kembar Music Digital YouTube channel is influenced by music arrangement, song <br>selection, singer choice, and video quality in each post. This study aims to describe the marketing communication strategy of Wedrink Solobaru through Instagram in improving customer satisfaction. This research is descriptive qualitative, using primary data from interviews and observations, as well as secondary data from documents, books, and journals. Data collection techniques involve purposive sampling, with credibility tested through triangulation. Analysis is conducted using the Miles and Huberman method, including data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The study results indicate that the marketing communication strategy of Wedrink Solobaru, through the 4P marketing mix and marketing communication mix, has successfully improved customer satisfaction. The people of Solo consider smoking inappropriate for women. The research was<br />conducted at the Surakartea tea shop using qualitative research methods. The<br />technique for determining informants was carried out by purposive sampling of seven<br />informants. The theory of perception in this research proceeds through five stages; stimulation,<br />organization, interpretation and evaluation, memory and finally the process of recall. The<br />results show that the perception of visitors to the Surakartea tea shop is that there is a bad<br />stigma attached to women smoking. This is considered because cigarettes are not identical to<br />the character of women who are known for their elegance, and are considered to be contrary<br />to the values of religious teachings. In the process of conducting this research, data collection methods were carried out through interviews with informants. The informants selected were 4 people who were representatives of the tourism office, representatives of the Office of Cooperatives and MSMEs, representatives of the Industry and Trade Office and representatives of the Sinergi Semesta Event Organiser. Data were analysed and conclusions were drawn qualitatively without numbers. Data validity is proven by direct interactive with data sources (source triangulation). The theory used in this study is the perception theory according to Dedy Mulyana which states that perception is an internal process that allows us to choose, organize, and interpret stimuli from our environment and this process affects our behavior, the theory of service quality according to Tjiptono, namely service quality is a service or satisfaction service offered for sale. Service is a process consisting of a series of intangible activities that usually occur in interactions between consumers and service employees or physical resources, goods or service provider systems provided as solutions to consumer problems. This study is descriptive with qualitative methods. The results of this study conclude that Seperdua Kopi customer perceptions of service quality are positive and good. In the four years since, the condition of this community has improved, many people already know this community and want to become members of the community. The question arises from the background, what is the communication pattern of the Cycling Poser community in recruiting new members? What are the barriers to recruiting members to this community? Data were collected<br />through field observations and in-depth interviews with female santri. The results showed that<br />the communication patterns applied include downward communication, upward<br />communication, horizontal communication, and informal communication. Downward<br />communication plays a role in conveying instructions and goals from administrators to santri,<br />while upward communication allows santri to provide feedback and suggestions to<br />administrators. Horizontal communication is used for coordination between fellow students,<br />supporting effective cooperation, and strengthening relationships between them. In addition,<br />informal communication proves to be an important tool in strengthening emotional bonds and<br />accelerating information dissemination. Despite obstacles such as differences in background<br />and age, the right communication approach succeeds in minimizing conflicts and increasing<br />harmony and discipline in the pesantren environment. This radio is rebranding to Urban Family Radio, with a change in name and tagline that reflects its new identity as a modern and urban family radio. The aim of this research is to determine the perception of the rebranding carried out by Radio Metta Solo FM by listeners in Surakarta. The supporting theories in this research are Rebranding according to Muzellec and Lambkin and Perception according to Walgito. This research is descriptive with qualitative methods. The results of this research conclude that the rebranding of Radio Meta FM Solo produced varying impacts on listener perceptions. The change to more modern content has succeeded in attracting new listeners with a fresh and contemporary approach. However, there are challenges in maintaining radio's original identity, leading to a decline in the loyalty of long-time listeners. The aim of this research is to describe the use of TikTok as a campaign media by Kukuh Haryanto as a legislative candidate for the Wonogiri Regency DPRD for electoral district I in 2024. The theory used in this research is the Mass Communication and Social Media theory of TikTok as New Media. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach method by collecting data through interviews and documents. The research results show that Kukuh Haryanto's use of social media TikTok as a campaign tool in the legislative elections in Wonogiri Regency in 2024 is said to have not been effective in bringing legislative candidates closer to the voting public. TikTok is a platform that is used only to introduce oneself, build personal branding, disseminate information, and increase interaction with voters. The concepts used in this research are signifier and signified. The signifier is the word<br />"mulatto" in the lyrics of the song "Smells Like Teen Spirit" by Nirvana. Meanwhile, the<br />signified functions to represent the concept of the signifier, which in this case is the actual<br />meaning. The relationship between the signifier and the signified must be connected to each other<br />in order to produce meaning from the sign. In this study the authors used descriptive empirical research with a qualitative approach.<br />This research was conducted at the Sukoharjo Regency DPRD Secretariat Office.<br />The selection of the location as the place of this research was carried out deliberately<br />because the Sukoharjo DPRD Secretariat Office was one of the offices that implemented an<br />online attendance system in the internal arrangement carried out in the field of human resource<br />management. Data collection techniques: observation, interviews, documentation. the results<br />showed that the implementation of online attendance at the Sukoharjo DPRD Secretariat Office<br />was running quite well. Judging from Tangkilisan's indicators: Target achievement, well<br />realized in improving work discipline. Adaptability, at the beginning of its application there<br />were few obstacles in using it, but employees were able to adapt so that they could use online<br />attendance well. Program Keluarga Harapan aims to open KPM access for pregnant women and toddlers to utilize health facilities and educational facilities. The inaccuracy of targeting social assistance recipients is a problem that arises when social assistance is disbursed by the government, those who are supposed to get it do not get it and vice versa, they should not be entitled to it, but instead get it. This research aims to analyze and describe descriptive analytics of PKH social assistance distribution. The method used is qualitative research to describe descriptive analytics of PKH social assistance distribution by referring to the principal agent theory proposed by Eisenhardt (1988). There are 5 indicators proposed, namely the delegation of authority, the existence of parties working together, the existence of planning, the dominance of one party over another, and the existence of different interests in the PKH social assistance program. Data was collected through observation, interviews, literature and document studies, then analyzed using the stages of collection, reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the principal agent indicators in PKH social assistance display various patterns. The delegation of authority is quite good, the parties working together are quite good, the planning in general is still lacking, the dominance of one party over another is somewhat lacking, and the existence of different interests is also somewhat lacking. Setting the mechanism for accepting PKH recipients consists of 2 mechanisms, namely setting the criteria for PKH recipients and setting the process for determining PKH recipients. The city of Surakarta is one of the cities that has successfully implemented E-Government, with the "Dukcapil dalam Genggaman" application as an innovation in public services, making it easier for citizens to manage population documents without having to visit the office. This application serves various needs such as E-KTP, family cards, and birth certificates, with a user satisfaction rate of 93.38%. However, several challenges remain, such as limited socialization, accessibility issues for the elderly, and platform availability only on Android. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with five indicators from Rogers' theory to analyze this innovation: Relative Advantage, Compatibility, Complexity, Trialability, and Observability. The results indicate that the application provides ease of access, time efficiency, and transparency, but requires further improvement, particularly in user convenience and broader socialization. As Surakarta City faces this problem, the Office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning (DP3AP2KB) is responsible for prevention. This research analyzes the role of DP3AP2KB in preventing violence against children in Surakarta. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, documentation. Determination of informants using purposive sampling technique . Data were analyzed using the Miles and Hubberman interaction model. The results showed that DP3AP2KB Surakarta City made efforts to prevent violence against children through five indicators by Siagian (2005), stabilizers, innovators, modernizers, pioneers, and implementers. Stabilizers are carried out through socialization of violence prevention in schools, strengthening FAS, socializing the PUSPAGA Task Force, and strengthening the KLA Working Group. As an innovator, DP3AP2KB utilizes social media, such as Instagram, for FAS publications. The role of modernizer is realized with online services, ULAS complaints, training on the Convention on the Rights of the Child, and commemoration of National Children's Day. As a pioneer, DP3AP2KB provides friendly services and maintains the confidentiality of clients of violence. In its implementing role, DP3AP2KB collaborates with APSAI, Children's Forum, Integrated Service Post, and PUSPAGA Task Force. A qualitative approach is used in this study by referring to the theory of service quality dimensions according to Parasuraman, Zeithaml, and Berry (in Tjiptono F 2019: 305) including indicators of Tangibel (Physical Evidence), Assurance (Guarantee), Reliability, Responsiveness, and Empathy. The results showed that the quality of sapamas services at the Karanganyar Regency Communication and Information Service can be said to be good. As in the Tangible dimension (Physical Evidence), the appearance of neat and polite officers, a large enough parking area and the availability of a comfortable waiting room. In the Reliability Dimension, officers are careful and able to serve public complaints according to the Sapamas SOP. The Responsiveness dimension of the officer is good in responding to public complaints. The Assurance dimension is that service users are free of charge and are given a guarantee of 3-8 days of complaint resolution time and a maximum of 35 days for complaints that require field inspection. The Empathy dimension is that officers are kind, friendly, polite, patient and prioritise the interests of the community. Data collection was conducted through interviews with followers of the Mayor of Surakarta, Gibran Rakabuming's account, @gibran_tweet. <strong>Theoretical Framework:</strong> This research incorporates several communication and social theories. Positive responses occur when the public's expectations and needs are met through quick and relevant responses, in line with two-way communication theory and uses and gratifications theory. Conversely, negative responses arise when public expectations are not met or the response is perceived as not serious, consistent with expectancy-valence theory and social influence theory. <strong>Research Findings:</strong> The findings indicate that two-way communication is present, and effective communication occurs when there is reciprocal interaction between the message sender from the @gibran_tweet account and the recipients, who are the followers representing the Surakarta community. Two indicators of response were identified: positive responses emerge when the public's expectations and needs are met through quick and relevant responses, while negative responses arise when expectations are unmet or the response is perceived as not serious. So that in this sensing process it will not be separated from the process of a perception. Even perception is a very important concept in psychology, Perception, according to Jalaluddin Rakhmat, is the experience of an object, event, or relationship that is obtained by inferring information and interpreting a message. This research is shown to dissect the movie Mencuri Raden Saleh which was made in 2022 by Visinema Pictures Jakarta and provide perceptual responses to students in Surakarta. The theory used in this research is using the theory of Dr. Jalaluddin Rakhmat, M.Sc. Which is about the perception of communication psychology. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Meanwhile, to dissect the meaning in the film Stealing Raden Saleh and find out the perception, using the theory of Dr. Jalaluddin Rakhmat, M.Sc, namely the perception of communication psychology that seeks the meaning of motivation, experience, personality, and the process of impression formation. The data used in this study, namely, the type of premier data taken through each perception of the informant during the research and secondary data in the form of journals, articles, and interviews to support this research so that there is no data subjectivity. The validity of the data used in this study uses data triangulation. The results of this study, the film Mencuri Raden Saleh is set in a heist film in Indonesia and raises figures from Indonesian history, namely, Raden Saleh and his famous painting of the capture of Prince Diponegoro 1857. The type of research used is qualitative with a case study approach which focuses on how the existing Marketing Communication Strategy at Telaga Kusuma increases tourist visits. Based on research that has been carried out, the integrated marketing communications strategy at Telaga Kusuma Karanganyar includes planning, implementation and evaluation of integrated marketing communications. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The research results show that interpersonal communication between tour guides and visitors at Pura Mangkunegaran Solo plays an important role in building a sense of cultural love. This research also found that there are several factors that influence the quality of interpersonal communication between tour guides and visitors. This type of research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. Determination of informants using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques using interactive analysis. This type of research uses a casual associative strategy through quantitative methods. This research is located at the Regional Revenue Agency of Surakarta City. The research population was 40 permanent employees with saturated sample technique. Data collection used a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression. The results showed that planning has a significant effect on the effectiveness of the E-Service system. Supervision has a significant effect on the effectiveness of the E-Service system. Coordination has a significant effect on the effectiveness of the E-Service system. The service quality variables in this research use the service quality theory by Parassuraman Valerie Zeithmal and Leonard Berry 1988 with the dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The reading motivation variable uses self-determination theory by Ryan &amp; Deci in 2000 with the dimensions of autonomy, competence and relatedness. The user satisfaction variable is measured using indicators proposed by Tjiptono, namely conformity to expectations, interest in reuse, and willingness to recommend. The research method used is an associative quantitative method in the form of causal relationships. The population used in this research is all the unknown number of iSolo application users. The sampling technique used simple random sampling or random sampling with a sample of 96 respondents. The method used in collecting research data is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is statistical testing with validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, t tests, F tests, and coefficient of determination tests. Based on the research results, it was concluded that service quality had a low influence on iSolo application user satisfaction at the Surakarta City Library and Archives Service, while reading motivation had a very low influence on iSolo application user satisfaction at the Surakarta City Library and Archives Service. Service quality and reading motivation together have a significant effect on user satisfaction of the iSolo application at the Surakarta City Library and Archives Service with an Fcount value of 26.031.
