Through the SIMPEL service system, all non-business licensing arrangements can be carried out more easily, quickly, precisely and efficiently.The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. This research aims to describe the quality of non-business licensing services through a simple application at the Karanganyar Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service using the theory of Zeithaml, Parasuraman, Berry (in Hardiansyah (2011:41)). This model states that the success of service quality is determined by 5 indicators which serve as benchmarks for measuring service quality, these indicators are physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy In the results of research on real variables (physical evidence) based on the information used in obtaining permits which is quite easy, researchers also found that the ease of access to information available on the SIMPEL website is said to be good. In the Reliability variable, employees have followed the SOP as a work guide, and understand what information will be conveyed by the public as service users. In the Responsiveness variable, employees serve service users quickly and respond to every online and online service user. offline. In the Assurance variable, it can be said that the cost indicators and security guarantees are good and the employees are polite, courteous and friendly. The Emphaty indicator in prioritizing the interests of service users is said to be quite good, as can be seen from the statements of informants interviewed by researchers in the field. This research uses the Service Triangle theory proposed by Alberch and Zemke which is measured using 10 indicators divided into these three aspects. This research was conducted at the Surakarta City Public Service Mall in January 2024. The sampling technique used a non-probability sampling technique with simple random sampling. The data collection techniques used in this research are Questionnaires, Documentation and Literature Study. From the research results, it was found that the highest interval value or average value of the aspects depicted in the Service Triangle was 3.62 and the lowest interval value or average value was 3.51. These values ​​are found in the aspects: Service Strategy 3.56 is included in the "Very Good" performance category, Service System 3.51 is included in the "Good" performance category, Human Resources 3.62 is included in the "Very Good" performance category. In this research, researchers used descriptive qualitative methods which intended to describe communication patterns between individuals in the INDOMYSOLAR community. In order to obtain data for this research, researchers used observation, documentation and interviews with purposive sampling techniques. In order to provide relevant research results, researchers use source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation which can be used as data validity. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman analysis method. The results of this research explain the impact of changes in communication patterns of INDOMYSOLAR community members. The population in this research were communication science students in Surakarta, totaling 3,248 students with a research sample of 100 students. This research uses a random sampling method to take samples. The hypothesis in this study was tested using the Spearman correlation test. The research results state that there is a positive and significant relationship between motives and satisfaction in watching the Tonight Show on YouTube. This is indicated by the correlation coefficient value of 0.864. Detik.com's framing of this phenomenon is interesting considering that LGBT people have never found clarity regarding their existence and rights. Therefore, this research aims to determine Detik.com's framing regarding LGBT news that is linked to human rights. This research uses qualitative methods and is analyzed using Zhongdang Pan & Gerald M. Kosicki's framing analysis theory with four analytical tools (Syntax, Script, Thematic, Rhetorical). The conclusions from this research also show how Detik.com frames LGBT actors as a group of figures who must have clear rights protection, and recognition of the existence of LGBT is an urgency that needs to be considered so that LGBT actors are no longer subject to acts of discrimination by any party. The theory used in this study is the S-O-R Theory by McQuail (Stimulus, Organism, Response). This study also uses quantitative research methods with a type of correlation quantitative research approach. With the results of the study stating the value (rcount) 0.611> 0.196 (rtable) with a significance of 5% for 99 respondents, the working hypothesis (H1) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. The correlation coefficient value is 0.611, so there is a positive correlation between the relationship between content exposure (X) and follower knowledge (Y) regarding knowledge in the world of work which has a strong relationship between the two variables. With a coefficient of determination of = r or = 0.373321 (37%). The object of this research is the audience's perception of Najwa Shihab's YouTube content entitled "30 Years of Dewa 19: Approaching Eternity" which was uploaded on 12 February 2023. The data in this research is the audience's perception of Najwa Shihab's YouTube content entitled "30 Years of Dewa 19: Approaching Immortality" obtained through interviews with informants selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques in this research include in-depth interview techniques, observation and documentation. The data validity technique in this research uses triangulation techniques. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique in this research uses qualitative analysis. The results of this research found that informants perceive Dewa 19 as a legendary band that has been able to maintain its existence to this day. This is proven through Najwa Shihab's documentary video entitled "30 Years of Dewa 19: Approaching Eternity" which is proof of the existence of Dewa 19 which was able to survive up to 30 years, even though in its journey Dewa 19 has changed personnel several times. Therefore, researchers are interested in conducting research on long- distance communication patterns in shaping children's character in Pakelan Village, Kasihan District. This research aims to analyze how communication patterns between parents and children shape the character of teenagers. To analyze this communication pattern, researchers used communication pattern theory. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research by conducting interviews with 18 informants who are residents of the Pakelan Village community. From the results of this research it can be concluded that the communication patterns carried out by parents and teenagers as well as the role of family companions through circle and star communication can work effectively. This research was created in order to<br />provide insightful information to readers about the persuasive communication process using<br />suggestive selling techniques used by cashier staff to consumers of Pizza Hut Solo Square. The<br />results of the research carried out show that the persuasive communication process using<br />suggestive selling techniques carried out in sales transactions by cashier staff to consumers,<br />namely with a friendly attitude, using sentences that do not seem pushy and giving attention<br />and being a listener to consumers makes consumers feel comfortable and confident in making<br />transactions, so that the cashier staff can recommend additional products that are useful for<br />consumers, in the form of selling combo packages (upselling) and selling complementary menus<br />(cross selling). This suggestive selling not only benefits consumers but also the Pizza Hut Solo<br />Square restaurant outlet.
