This service is a digital-based non-business licensing service called SIMPEL (Electronic Service System). Practically, people manage their service needs all through an electronic service system. Through the SIMPEL service system, all non-business licensing arrangements can be carried out more easily, quickly, precisely and efficiently.The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. This research aims to describe the quality of non-business licensing services through a simple application at the Karanganyar Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service using the theory of Zeithaml, Parasuraman, Berry (in Hardiansyah (2011:41)). This model states that the success of service quality is determined by 5 indicators which serve as benchmarks for measuring service quality, these indicators are physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy In the results of research on real variables (physical evidence) based on the information used in obtaining permits which is quite easy, researchers also found that the ease of access to information available on the SIMPEL website is said to be good. In the Reliability variable, employees have followed the SOP as a work guide, and understand what information will be conveyed by the public as service users. In the Responsiveness variable, employees serve service users quickly and respond to every online and online service user. offline. In the Assurance variable, it can be said that the cost indicators and security guarantees are good and the employees are polite, courteous and friendly. The Emphaty indicator in prioritizing the interests of service users is said to be quite good, as can be seen from the statements of informants interviewed by researchers in the field. Informants expressed satisfaction with the service on this indicator. It can be concluded that all indicators carried out by researchers have worked well. This research is quantitative research using descriptive research methods which are analyzed using the Community Satisfaction Index analysis technique. This research uses the Service Triangle theory proposed by Alberch and Zemke which is measured using 10 indicators divided into these three aspects. This research was conducted at the Surakarta City Public Service Mall in January 2024. The sampling technique used a non-probability sampling technique with simple random sampling. The data collection techniques used in this research are Questionnaires, Documentation and Literature Study. From the research results, it was found that the highest interval value or average value of the aspects depicted in the Service Triangle was 3.62 and the lowest interval value or average value was 3.51. These values ​​are found in the aspects: Service Strategy 3.56 is included in the "Very Good" performance category, Service System 3.51 is included in the "Good" performance category, Human Resources 3.62 is included in the "Very Good" performance category. Based on the research results obtained, Yoga Ade recognizes its audience through audience segmentation, understanding User Persona, and conducting keyword research. Yoga Ade determines its content message by considering the purpose of the content, the value of the brand being promoted, and understanding the target audience. His content methods involve creating engaging content, content schedules, using social tools, content analysis, social media audits, competition monitoring, and keyword identification. This hobby ultimately had an impact, especially in communication patterns between individual community members. This research aims to determine the impact of K-Pop on the online media YouTube on communication patterns between individuals in the INDOMYSOLAR community. In this research, researchers used descriptive qualitative methods which intended to describe communication patterns between individuals in the INDOMYSOLAR community. In order to obtain data for this research, researchers used observation, documentation and interviews with purposive sampling techniques. In order to provide relevant research results, researchers use source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation which can be used as data validity. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman analysis method. The results of this research explain the impact of changes in communication patterns of INDOMYSOLAR community members. Where before getting to know K-Pop, the members communicated using Indonesian and Javanese. Then after getting to know K-Pop, there was the addition of a new language, namely Korean, in the members' communication patterns. This research aims to determine the relationship between motives and audience satisfaction in watching YouTube. The theory used to analyze this research is the uses and gratification theory. This research is quantitative research with data collection using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. The population in this research were communication science students in Surakarta, totaling 3,248 students with a research sample of 100 students. This research uses a random sampling method to take samples. The hypothesis in this study was tested using the Spearman correlation test. The research results state that there is a positive and significant relationship between motives and satisfaction in watching the Tonight Show on YouTube. This is indicated by the correlation coefficient value of 0.864. In this study, researchers used the theory of Dramaturgy developed by Erving <br>Goffman. The main informants in this study numbered six people with predetermined <br>characteristics. The results showed that the form of self-disclosure carried out was in the<br>form of activities, romance, opinions, and so on. Informants conduct self-disclosure aimed at <br>self-expression, self-clarification, and developing relationships. The impact is in the form of <br>positive and negative impacts. The positive impact is in the form of solutions, suggestions, <br>getting to know yourself better and not disturbing others. While the negative impact caused is <br>addiction, and reduced self-confidence. So that users are expected to be wiser and can limit <br>themselves in using social media by not providing personal data to just anyone. This study also uses quantitative research methods with a type of correlation quantitative research approach. With the results of the study stating the value (rcount) 0.611&gt; 0.196 (rtable) with a significance of 5% for 99 respondents, the working hypothesis (H1) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. The correlation coefficient value is 0.611, so there is a positive correlation between the relationship between content exposure (X) and follower knowledge (Y) regarding knowledge in the world of work which has a strong relationship between the two variables. Education has an important role in the deaf learning phase to speak and communicate. Interpersonal communication between teachers and deaf students in the teaching and learning process is very influential in improving student’s skills. When they are new students, deaf students tend to be passive aggressive, close themselves off and find it difficult to communicate, and tend to be less sensitive to current social situations. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in-depth interview techniques with four informants. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, determining sources in this study using observation and interview methods. The resource person in this research is one who is engaged in the Tourism Marketing Sub-Coordinator. The results in this study are positive regarding the increase in the number of tourist visit data after the Covid-19 pandemic because it has succeeded in achieving increased data. A few days after his statement, FIFA revoked Indonesia's hosting rights. After the incident, Ganjar Pranowo also received attention from various online news portal media, including DETIK.COM which is the most popular and largest online news portal in Indonesia. The framing DETIK.COM of the incident becomes interesting in the midst of election season and the strong influence of the mass media. In collecting qualitative data, the author processes information obtained from primary data sources that describe the data, namely with explanatory descriptions derived from the results of field interviews and field observations conducted in connection with the Coffeshop PT Solo Balapan Coffee Station. A qualitative<br />approach was used in this research by referring to the theory of levels of community<br />participation put forward by Amstein (1969). According to the classification proposed by<br />Yadav (2018), there are four types of community participation, namely participation in<br />decision making, implementation of activities, monitoring and evaluation, and utilization<br />of the results of tourism village development. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation, then analyzed using the stages of collection, reduction,<br />presentation and drawing conclusions. The researcher also collected secondary data in the form of photos and video observations at the B6 Stand at the Manahan Stadium, Surakarta. This research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The object of this research is the audience's perception of Najwa Shihab's YouTube content entitled "30 Years of Dewa 19: Approaching Eternity" which was uploaded on 12 February 2023. The data in this research is the audience's perception of Najwa Shihab's YouTube content entitled "30 Years of Dewa 19: Approaching Immortality" obtained through interviews with informants selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques in this research include in-depth interview techniques, observation and documentation. The data validity technique in this research uses triangulation techniques. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique in this research uses qualitative analysis. The results of this research found that informants perceive Dewa 19 as a legendary band that has been able to maintain its existence to this day. This is proven through Najwa Shihab's documentary video entitled "30 Years of Dewa 19: Approaching Eternity" which is proof of the existence of Dewa 19 which was able to survive up to 30 years, even though in its journey Dewa 19 has changed personnel several times. The aim of this research is to describe how marketing communications for the Sendang Kun Gerit tourist attraction can increase the number of visitors. Therefore, researchers are interested in conducting research on long- distance communication patterns in shaping children's character in Pakelan Village, Kasihan District. This research aims to analyze how communication patterns between parents and children shape the character of teenagers. To analyze this communication pattern, researchers used communication pattern theory. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research by conducting interviews with 18 informants who are residents of the Pakelan Village community. From the results of this research it can be concluded that the communication patterns carried out by parents and teenagers as well as the role of family companions through circle and star communication can work effectively. As immigrants with different cultural backgrounds, they need to be able to adjust to the surrounding environment. Therefore, Sumat</em><em>ra</em><em> students need communication accommodations to build good relationships with Javanese students. This research aims to describe the communication accommodations of Sumatra students with Javanese students in Surakarta city. This research uses Howard Giles' Theory of Communication Accommodation by examining convergence, divergence, and over-accommodation. This type of research is descriptive-qualitative, which describes the facts in the field with interview and observation techniques. The object of this research is Sumatra students at Slamet Riyadi University. This research was created in order to<br />provide insightful information to readers about the persuasive communication process using<br />suggestive selling techniques used by cashier staff to consumers of Pizza Hut Solo Square. The<br />results of the research carried out show that the persuasive communication process using<br />suggestive selling techniques carried out in sales transactions by cashier staff to consumers,<br />namely with a friendly attitude, using sentences that do not seem pushy and giving attention<br />and being a listener to consumers makes consumers feel comfortable and confident in making<br />transactions, so that the cashier staff can recommend additional products that are useful for<br />consumers, in the form of selling combo packages (upselling) and selling complementary menus<br />(cross selling). This suggestive selling not only benefits consumers but also the Pizza Hut Solo<br />Square restaurant outlet.
