The
present study constitutes a normative legal research. The research findings indicate that the resolution of medical disputes should
be channelled through MKDKI, as it possesses the necessary expertise in the application of professional discipline within the
medical field. Furthermore, MKDKI is an authoritative institution responsible for determining whether a doctor has violated
professional disciplinary standards. The term "can" as stipulated in Article 66 paragraph (1) of Law Number 29 of 2004
regarding Medical Practise encompasses the possibility of either initiating a complaint against MKDKI or refraining from
doing so. Legal confusion may occur, thus necessitating the replacement of the word "can" with "must." Literature review shows
that using figurative language in copywriting can help increase advertising effectiveness, but it can also overcome message comprehension if
not used properly. The research method used was a survey by distributing questionnaires to 100-200 people in Indonesia aged 18 years and
over. The questionnaire will include questions about demographic information, perceptions of figurative language in copywriting, and the
influence of figurative language on buying behavior. The data obtained will be analyzed descriptively and inferentially using statistical
software. The image of women here is the perception of
women in the 19th century in expressing love, career, struggle for existence and independence in making choices. In
describing the image of women reflected in the film 'Little Woman', the researcher used a descriptive qualitative
research method with the type of Library research. The results showed that women in the 19th century, especially
women in the middle to upper social status, were considered as ideal women if they could fulfil the criteria as a woman
who could do all domestic work in the household. Women in the 19th century were more inclined to the male view
of the ideal woman at that time. The presence of the character Jo March in the film 'Little Woman' breaks the view of
the ideal woman who must submit or obey the rules and do domestic household chores. The presence of the character
Jo March shows that women also want self-actualization, independence, freedom to choose a life partner, express
feelings, and achieve goals. In addition, the presence of Jo March as a woman who is able to actualize herself is a
representation of most women in the 19th century who began to break the rules that restrained women's freedom in
showing their existence along with the industrial revolution at that time. This research is examined from the
perspective of feminism. The film 'Little Woman' represents the image of women in the 19th century who tried to
reach their dreams, love life, and independence. And the character Jo March is able to represent the women in the
19th century who succeeded in achieving all their dreams.
Keywords: Feminism, Women's Image, Descriptive Qualitative
Evy Tri Widyahening Hak Cipta (c) 2024 PROCEEDING ICTESS (Internasional Conference on Technology, Education and Social Sciences) https://ejurnal.unisri.ac.id/index.php/proictss/article/view/10253 Jum, 02 Peb 2024 00:00:00 +0700 State Protection Against the Negative Impact of Online Games in Modern Globalization https://ejurnal.unisri.ac.id/index.php/proictss/article/view/10255
Globalization was born as a strong current that flows the transfer of cultural values, products, lifestyles, communication, and
technology. In this era, the ecosystem of world life has relied on cellphones, computers, and the internet to interact. Online
games as a result of advances in science and technology have begun to show a new impact or it can be said that the impact is
unpredictable in Indonesia. Some of the impacts of online games are far from positive because they weaken the development of
the younger generation, including: 1) Relationships with friends and family are tenuous, distant, disharmonious, 2) Decreased
physical activity that leads to health / fitness / long-term threats. This research method is library research, so the role of the
researcher is dominant to ensure the quality of the research. Researchers strengthen their role by exploring secondary data, so
that data analysis is more credible. The results show that the negative impact of online games is already at a critical level,
some cases are (1) murder, (2) health problems, (3) changes in social behavior. In Indonesia, state protection has not yet
emerged in anticipating the negative impact of online games.
