THE ROLE OF GROUP GUIDANCE WITH A HUMANISTIC APPROACH TO FORM A SELF-LOVE ATTITUDE FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS IS EQUAL IN KLIWONAN VILLAGE RT 03/ RW 07, JERON URBAN VILLAGE, NOGOSARI DISTRICT

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to know the role of guidance groups with humanistic approach to form a self love students senoior high school levels in Kliwonan village RT 03/ RW 07, Jeron Urban Village, Nogosari District. This study using the methodology the Act of Guidance and Counseling (PTBK) undertaken during 4 (four) cycle. Each consisting of 4 cycle including planning stage 4, yhe act of, observation, and reflection. The subject of study this is 6 (six) students senior high school levels or equivalent at Kliwonan Village RT 03/ RW 07, Jeron Urban Village, Nogosari District who don’t have the self love. The humanistic study was conducted. Data collection technique used is interview, ebservation and documentation. Data analysis used in this reseacrh is qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the act of given every cycle, get the result : shows a Pra-cycle on the percentage of the self love owned 28,64%, the percentage of Cycle I is 30,22%, the percentage of Cycle II is 46,02%, the percentage of Cycle III is 69,80%, and the percentage of Cycle IV is 87,28%. This proved that the guidance gropus with humanistic approach role to form a self love students senior high school levels in the Kliwonan Village RT 03/ RW 07, Jeron Urban Village, Nogosari District.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Peran Bimbingan Kelompok dengan Pendekatan Humanistik untuk Membentuk Sikap Self Love Peserta Didik Jenjang SMA di Desa Kliwonan RT 03/ RW 07, Kelurahan Jeron, Kecataman Nogosari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Bimbingan dan Konseling (PTBK) yang dilaksanakan selama 4 (empat) siklus. Setiap siklusnya terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 6 (enam) peserta didik jenjang SMA sederajat di Desa Kliwonan RT 03/ RW 07, Kelurahan Jeron, Kecamatan Nogosari yang belum memiliki sikap self love. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan humanistik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan tindakan yang diberikan dalam setiap siklus, mendapatkan hasil sebagai berikut : Pada Pra-siklus menunjukkan angka presentase sikap self love yang dimiliki siswa sebesar 28,64%, presentase Siklus I sebesar 30,22%, presentase Siklus II sebesar 46,02%, presentase Siklus III sebesar 69,80%, dan presentase Siklus IV sebesar 87,28%. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan pendekatan humanistik berperan untuk membentuk sikap self love peserta didik jenjang SMA sederajat di Desa Kliwonan RT 03/ RW 07, Kelurahan Jeron, Kecamatan Nogosari.
