Abstrak
Tuntutan bagi Guru untuk menginspirasi khalayak pendidikan menjadi pekerjaan tersendiri dan jika tidak ditata ulang menjadi ilusi tak berkesudahan digantikan pragmatisme guru. Sejauh manakah keteladan dibutuhkan dalam proses pembelajaran berkelanjutan. Bagaimanakah perhitungan beban kerja guru dalam pengembangan keguruan berkelanjutan?. Hakikat profesi Guru sebagai manusia pebelajar sejati selayaknya disadari dalam mewarnai profesi untuk mengembangkan potensi diri insani. Kejelasan peran dan makna selama menjalankan profesi guru merupakan sebuah keniscayaan manakala habitus baru ingin dikembangkan dalam pola pembelajaran berbasis kekinian tanpa terus merasa ketinggalan. Upaya cerdas reposisi guru dengan mempertimbangkan beban kerja guru seharusnye mempertimbangkan beragam aspek elementer diantaranya Pemberian ruang luas berkreasi, profesi guru hakikatnya seorang seniman berobyek pemberdayaan manusia tanpa batas. Pembebasan belenggu administrasi menjadi kunci pokok reposisi beban kerja kerja guru pada aspek kekinian.

Abstract
The demand for Master to inspire educational audiences to become a separate work and if not reorganized into an endless illusion replaced by teacher pragmatism. To what extent is necessary and necessary in a continuous learning process. How is the teacher's workload calculated in sustainable teacher development ?. The essence of the Teacher profession as a true human being should be realized in coloring the profession to develop human potential. Clarity of role and meaning during the running of the profession of teachers is a necessity when the new habitus wants to be developed in the pattern of learning based on the present without remaining feeling left behind. The smart effort to reposition teachers by considering the teacher's workload should consider various elementary aspects such as giving wide creative space, the teacher profession is essentially an artist with no limit of human empowerment. The release of administrative shackles is the key to repositioning the workload of teachers on the present aspect.
