COCENTRATION TEST OF LIQUID ORGANIC FERTILIZER AND AB MIX AGAINST PAKCOY GROWTH ( BRASSICA RAPA L.) METHOD WICK HYDROPONICS

Abstract

Concentration _iTest _iof _iLiquid iOrganic Fertilize_i and AB _iMix _ion the_i Growth_i of_i Pacoy_i (Brassica rapa L.) Wick Hydroponic Method. This_i research_i was_i conducted_i at_i the_i Experimental_i Garden_i of_i the_i Faculty_i of_i Agriculture, Slamet_i Riyadi_i University_i, Surakarta_i, Jl. Jaya Wijaya No. 384 Ex. Banjarsari. district. Banjarsari, Surakarta City, Central Java, in December 2021 – January 2022. This_i study_i aimed to_i determine_i the_i effect_i of_i various doses of_i POC Intanpari and AB_i Mix_i on the_i growth_i of_i Pakcoy_i plants_i using the Wick hydroponic method. This_i study_i is_i a factorial_i experiment_i consisting_i of_i two_i factors arranged according to_i a_i Completely_i Randomized_i Design_i (CRD). _iThe treatment_i is as follows: the first factor is Organic Fertilizer Intanpari 5 cc / L, Organic Fertilizer Intanpari 10 cc / L, Organic Fertilizer Intanpari 15 cc / L, the second factor is Control Without AB Mix ( 0 ), Nutrition AB Mix 2.5 cc / L, Nutrition AB Mix 5 cc / L, Nutrition AB Mix 7.5 cc / L. Thus there were 12 treatment combinations with 3 replications, so 36 experimental units were obtained. Parameter data_i were_i analyzed_i using analysis_{i i}of variance_i (ANOVA) and_i continued _iwith _ithe _iBNT _itest _iwith a _ilevel _iof 5%. _iBased _ion _iPOC _ithe _iresults _iof _ithe _iresearch, _iand discussion, it can_i be _iiconcluded _iithat: ( 1 ) Giving POC Intanpari gave an effect on the for observing the fresh weight of roots, but had no effect on the  for observing plant height, number of leaves, root length, plant wet weight and plant dry weight. (2) The application of AB Mix nutrition had an effect on the observed of plant height and plant wet weight, but had no effect on the observation, number of leaves, root length, root fresh weight and plant dry weight. ( 3 ) The interaction between the concentration of POC Intanpari and nutrient AB Mix had an effect on observations, number of leaves and fresh weight of roots, but had no effect on observations, plant height, root length, plant_i wet _iweight, _iand _iplant dry _iweight_i.
