Rice (Oryza sativa L.) is a major staple crop in Indonesia, but its productivity in acidic sulfate soils is limited by low nutrient availability and high soil acidity. This study evaluated the effect NPK fertilizer–decanter solid combinations and flooding levels on g rice yield components and productivity. The experiment was conducted in a greenhouse using a Completely Randomized Design with two factors and three replications. The first factor was fertilizer combination (F0: NPK 450 kg ha⁻¹; F1: NPK 300 kg ha⁻¹ + decanter solid 2 t ha⁻¹; F2: NPK 150 kg ha⁻¹ + decanter solid 4 t ha⁻¹; F3: decanter solid 6 t ha⁻¹), and the second factor was flooding level (W1:10 cm and W2: 0 cm/no flooding. The results of the study show that the fertilizer combination has a significant effect on the number of grains per panicle and the number of panicle branches. A 10-cm water depth increased the number of grains per panicle, the number of panicle branches, the weight of 1,000 grains, and yield. The interaction of the two factors had a significant effect on all parameters except panicle length. The treatment of 6 metric tons ha⁻¹ of decanter solids combined with 10 cm of flooding yielded the highest productivity at 7.70 metric tons ha⁻¹. Flooding to a depth of 10 cm played a significant role in increasing yield components and rice productivity on acid sulfate soils.
