Globalization era and the information revolution as a major phenomenon that continues
to roll,has encouraged a change a fundamental change in the order and space in a country
Indonesia is no exception ,of these phenomena can not be avoided anymore that has occurred
interdependence and interpenetration of power. Strength is moving through the national
boundaries between their respective countries, this gives the sense that in this era will never have
to live their own country. Indonesia as a nation will be able to benefit, while avoiding losses, if
able to use the right to national interests
The spirit of the world to establish trust between the government and the international
public in Indonesia should continue to have embarked, what a beautiful and formulated into a
