Abstract

Freedom and openness is certainly a boon to expect many parties, especially in a climate
of democracy characterized by freedom berkehandak, association, assembly and openness in a variety
of public information does not contradict the legislation.Sekaitan with it, freedom of information is
expected to be the spirit of democratizationthat offers freedom and
responsibility simultaneously. Freedom of information, on the one hand should encourage public access
to information widely. While on the other hand, freedom of information at the same
time also can help provide a clear choice for the government steps in taking a strategic policy. In
addition, the public disclosure is one indicator in realizing good governance (good governance) which
is transparent and accountable.
