KUHAP SEBAGAI SARANA MEWUJUDKAN SISTEM PERADILAN PIDANA TERPADU DAN KENDALANYA

Abstract

The Mechanism Criminal Procedure Law had been designed as a criminal
justice with a system approach, however,systematically there are several
weaknesses in its regulation to the existence of criminal justice system. The
weaknesses are especially concerning the regulation in the subsystem of
investigation and coordinative relation beetween the subsystem of
investigation and prosecution.
