In an education, there is a need for educators who have high loyalty. Having various competencies as a teacher requires him to always be ready to face all situations and conditions that occur. Using qualitative research methods with a descriptive analytical approach makes it easy for us to know how a teacher who is dedicated to the nation.

ABSTRAK
Dalam sebuah pendidikan sangatlahdibtuhkan tenaga pendidik yang memiliki loyalitas yang tinggi. Dengan memiliki berbagai kompetensi sebagai seorang guru mewajibkannya untuk selalu siap menghadapi segala situasi dan konxdisi yang terjadi. Menggunakan metodeb penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis memudahkan kita untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah seorang guru yang memiliki dedikasi untuk bangsa.
